I have been shooting creative photography since junior high school, where I worked on the yearbook and literary magazine. As a Navy Photographer, I spent 2 years in Japan and 2 years in California. After the Navy I perused an Audio Visual Degree at Oakland Community College. While working the night shift at a pro photo lab in Detroit, I began to shoot architecture and other commercial jobs during the day. I then worked as a darkroom photo technician at Ford Motor Company, and became a freelance photographer while learning High Speed Film and Video.

A similar position opened at Chrysler in 1998, and in 2000 I was converted to full time employee status. Presently at Chrysler Photographic I wear many hats. High Speed Video, real time video shooting and editing on a Mac running Final Cut. On board video with lipstick cameras and of course stills, shooting, printing, editing, and uploading to servers and web sites for internal publications and documentation.

I won a trip to Las Vegas placing second at the DaimlerChrysler UAW Artist at Work Competition. 3 images were submitted: 2 hand colored B&W and one Abstract created on the computer from 2 color negatives. I won Honorable Mention at the Scarob Club, Detroit Institute of Arts. 1991 and 1993
